The event will take place at the Grand Quai of the Port of Montréal, 200 De la Commune Street West.
Celebrations at the Grand Quai will begin at 1:30 p.m. and continue until 10 p.m. Le Canada en marche will depart from Place d’Armes at 12:15 p.m.
The gathering is planned for 11 a.m. at Place d’Armes. Departure toward the Grand Quai is planned for 12:15 p.m. Final route details will be shared before the event.
Yes. The event takes place rain or shine. Only severe conditions could lead to adjustments.
No. There will be no fireworks as part of Montréal Canada Day 2026. The program will instead focus on a full day of family activities, civic moments and live performances at the Grand Quai.
The site is accessible by public transit, bike, Bixi and car. Recommended metro stations are Square-Victoria and Place-d’Armes.
